Selection is based exclusively on written test scores. candidates who obtain minimum qualifying marks in aggregate shall only be considered by the RIMS for preparing the merit list. the minimum qualifying marks
UR/EWS – 40%
Backward Classes – 36.5%
Extremely Backward Classes – 34%
ST/SC/Females – 32%
Primitive Tribe – 30%
Candidates belonging to any of the reserved categories and selected on merit fixed for unreserved candidates shall not be adjusted against the category vacancies.
Whenever candidates belonging to reserved category avail the benefits of relaxation of age, minimum qualifying marks fixed for reserved candidates appearing in examination at any stage then such candidates would be adjusted against the vacancies of a reserved category Only.
